This policy explains how long orders typically take to be prepared and how our in-store pickup option works at Custom World.
Standard Order Processing Time
At Custom World, most orders are prepared within 3–7 business days from the time your order is placed.
Actual processing time may vary based on:
- Order size and quantity
- Design complexity and customization requirements
- Product and stock availability
- Current production workload inside the store
We always strive to complete your order as quickly as possible and will notify you as soon as it is ready for pickup.
Same-Day / Next-Day Pickup Requests
If you need your order the same day or the next day, please contact us before placing your order on the website to confirm whether we can accommodate your request.
Same-day or next-day completion is not guaranteed and depends on:
- Current production schedule and workload
- Availability of blank garments and materials
- Design complexity and file readiness

Pickup Notifications & Location
Please do not come to the store until you receive confirmation that your order is ready.
- You will receive an email and/or message once your order is prepared and ready for pickup.

Store pickup is free of charge.
Uncollected Orders & Third-Party Pickup
Uncollected Orders
- We will hold your completed order for 30 days from the date it is marked as ready for pickup.
- Because our products are custom-made, orders that are not picked up within 30 days may be cancelled without a refund.
Pickup by Someone Else
- The person picking up the order must provide the order number and the full name of the customer.
- We may request additional information to verify the order before releasing it.
